"I first became aware of soterweb a number of years ago through various discussions with Leeds University on contractor management within a busy and demanding University environment. Unfortunately, until this year I was never in a position to Allocated funding to purchase a robust contractor management system. Over the last few months I have been in regular dialogue with Montgomery & Coupers over what best suits our needs here at the University of Greenwich. During these discussions I have found them always willing to listen and adapt without any fuss. I am pleased to say that we are currently a matter of weeks away from introducing the electronic permit system within our Estates & Facilities Directorate, with the intention of then rolling out to the wider University. Moving forward we intend to a use a number of the additional platforms such as the asbestos register and the fire safety management tool. Based on my dealings to date, I would have no hesitation in recommending either soterweb system or Montgomery & Coupers to others in the HE sector".
