Our story
SOTERweb’s revolutionary asset management platform was launched in 2008 in collaboration with the University of Leeds Estate Services Department.
It was designed by estates and safety professionals who encountered common problems facing organisations with building and contractor management responsibilities.
They found that by designing a platform with in-built work processes to efficiently manage these challenges, and ensure compliance with strict regulations, it could save time and money, reduce health and safety risk and streamline working practices.
The software has been adopted by several other organisations including West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, University of Essex and AF Switchgear Ltd.
