Our Story
SOTERweb was launched in 2008 in collaboration with the University of Leeds Estate Services Department. It was designed by estates and safety professionals who faced the common problems of organisations responsible for buildings and contractors. Today it is used by universities, NHS trusts and fire and rescue services across the UK.

Data ownership and audit
Every action is date-stamped from identification through to resolution, giving you an audit trail for senior management, insurers and regulators, with management reporting through Microsoft Power BI.

Periodic and statutory tasks are scheduled automatically, and dashboard tiles turn red when something needs attention, so you can see what is overdue or outstanding without anyone running a report.
