Fleet Management gives your fleet managers one place for every vehicle, the people allowed to drive it and its records. Drivers complete a short check before and after each use, inspectors carry out scheduled periodic inspections, and the faults they report are reviewed and can be followed up as tracked actions.

 

SOTERweb sends reminder emails for each vehicle's MOT, tax, insurance and service dates, and shows anything overdue in red. Service records, certificates, leases and warranties are stored with each vehicle, and every check, fault and mileage reading is logged against it. Checks can be set up for each type of vehicle, from cars and vans to lorries and off-road vehicles.
