Site Access Request

Site Access Request lets contractors ask in advance for access to a site, building or area, and send their RAMS with the request. They apply in SOTERweb, through a link you email them or from your intranet, and the form can ask them to flag hazards such as hot works or work at height.

 

Each request goes to the manager for that location, or to a default contact. A verifier with technical knowledge and an approver who knows the location then review it in turn, and both can decide straight from an email link without logging in. The contractor is emailed the decision with the reviewers' comments, dashboard tiles show requests waiting for a decision, and every key stage is recorded. Site Access Request works without Access IT, and where you have both, approved contractors sign in through Access IT when they arrive.
