Vibration Management (HAV + WBV)

Vibration Management (HAV + WBV) records the hand-arm and whole-body vibration your operatives are exposed to, day by day. They log the tools, vehicles or machines they used and for how long, either in SOTERweb or from a weekly emailed link that opens on a phone without logging in. SOTERweb works out their exposure points using the HSE points system.

Administrators keep the equipment lists with their vibration levels, set alert thresholds, which can be lower than the legal values, and set lower daily limits for anyone identified as susceptible. Operatives and their managers are alerted as exposure nears or passes the action and limit values, and managers see their team's records, each with a full history. The module helps you keep records and meet your duties under the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005.
