SOTERweb is operated by Montgomery & Coupers Ltd, a UK-registered company (Company No. 07143806) and the developer of the SOTERweb Integrated Workplace Management System.

Montgomery & Coupers Ltd acts as a Data Processor on behalf of its clients (who act as Data Controllers) in the delivery and management of the SOTERweb platform.

SOTERweb supports organisations in managing their Health & Safety, Property, and Contractor Management obligations, including statutory compliance activities. We process limited personal data such as name, mobile number, email address, and job title to enable these functions. Certain modules may also record information relating to incidents, inspections, maintenance, and security interactions, as entered by authorised client users.

All data is securely hosted on UK-based, ISO 27001-certified servers. Access to personal data is strictly controlled and limited to authorised users within the client organisation, according to defined permissions and access profiles.

SOTERweb does not share personal data with third parties, other than approved UK-based sub-processors providing hosting, reporting, or security services in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

Clients remain fully responsible for compliance as the Data Controller, including managing user permissions, responding to data subject requests, and maintaining their own Privacy and GDPR policies.
