HASMAP

HASMAP, the Health and Safety Management Profile, is the standard the Universities Safety and Health Association (USHA) developed for assessing health and safety management in higher education. SOTERweb is the only digital platform offering it. Our Audit Module was designed in collaboration with USHA and comes with the latest edition, released in 2022, as a standard question set that we update as and when needed.

A Lead Auditor sets the scope by choosing indicators, themes and an assurance level of Basic, Substantial or High, and the matching standards are generated for you. Auditors verify each standard against evidence, which they can request from anyone by email. Risk treatments go by email to the people responsible, with automatic reminders, and closing the audit produces a report with its action plan. The same module runs your other audits too.
