Staff Competence, Induction & Training keeps track of the inductions, online training and certificates your staff and students need. Set competence and training requirements by profile, department, team or role, and SOTERweb applies them automatically when someone is added, then manages them through built-in workflows. Every SOTERweb system includes the Organisation module, and this tool is an add-on within it.

 

Each person completes their induction from an emailed link, with your own questions, pass mark and validity period, and is reminded when it is due for renewal. Build online training with an optional video and assign it to one person or many, and keep each person's certificates on record with expiry dates and a copy. Managers see training records and certificates, backed by expiry emails and dashboard tiles.
