Asbestos Management

Asbestos Management keeps an asbestos register for every building, and one for your whole estate, so estates staff, surveyors and contractors can find what they need. Registers are set out in line with HSE's survey guide, HSG264. They record known asbestos items, areas not accessed and sample references, and surveys, air test results and clearance certificates are stored with each building.

 

Each building also gets a digital asbestos logbook to view, print, download or share by link, and asbestos surveys can be opened, read only, from a QR code. SOTERweb emails the surveyor before each re-inspection and schedules the next one when they report it complete. Only the registers you choose to publish can be seen without a login, for example by operatives on a phone. SOTERweb can also record who has viewed each register, and dashboard tiles and Power BI reports keep managers informed.
