Equipment & Key Loan Manager

Equipment & Key Loan Manager runs your lending service for whatever you choose to lend: equipment, keys, access fobs, safety kit such as gas monitors, or anything else. Staff and students reserve items online, or without a login through a link on your intranet or a QR code, and your technicians issue them, extend loans and check them back in.

 

Loans can also be opened and completed by scanning a QR code, RFID tag or barcode. You decide who can borrow each group of items, block dates such as closed days or exam weeks, and set default loan times and lengths. Reminder emails go out when loans are due back or overdue. The register records each item's location, condition and availability, and a report shows everything on loan, with a Power BI report alongside.
