Monitoring & Inspections helps you plan, carry out and follow up workplace inspections across your estate, whether staff, contractors or consultants do them. It comes with 22 inspection types as standard, with more added over time, and you can adapt them or build your own. Inspections are completed on a phone, tablet or computer, with notes, photos and actions added as you go.

 

Schedule inspections for one person or many at once: each assessor gets an emailed link and reminders, and completed inspections are rescheduled automatically. SOTERweb works out the likelihood from weighted answers, the assessor sets the severity and the overall risk shows on a risk matrix. Where needed, a named validator signs each inspection off or rejects it. Actions are tracked to closure, and dashboard tiles and Power BI reports show progress and overdue work.
