Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment helps staff across your organisation produce, approve and share operational risk assessments in a consistent way. They adapt approved assessments from your central library, which starts with our example assessments, or build their own from shared lists of hazards, controls and people at risk. Every finished assessment comes out in the same branded format.

 

Assessors rate initial and residual risk for each hazard on a 5x5 matrix, and SOTERweb combines the residual ratings into an overall rating for the activity, which they can moderate. Library assessments can be locked, or opened for staff to adapt with or without approval, and every change is date-stamped. Each assessment has a review date, 12 months by default, with reminder emails when a review is due. Share the latest version by web link or QR code, and report on assessments in Power BI.
