Asset Management & PPM Scheduler

Asset Management & PPM Scheduler gives your estates and property teams one register of assets across all your buildings, each with a named owner and contractor. You set up planned preventative maintenance (PPM) once, and SOTERweb issues it, tracks it and schedules the next visit. It also covers the maintenance of fire safety equipment, and has its own workflow for flushing little-used water outlets.

 

Each visit can be recorded from an emailed link, without logging in, or by scanning a QR code, RFID tag or barcode. Certificates can be required before a task closes, condition updates are written back to the register, and dashboard tiles turn red when maintenance is overdue. Automated reminders and Power BI reports are built in. It is designed in line with SFG20 and CIBSE Guide M, though you need not follow either.
