Fire Risk Assessment

Fire Risk Assessment gives fire safety teams and assessors one place to carry out and review each building's fire risk assessment. Assessors answer configurable question sets on a tablet or phone, and SOTERweb proposes the likelihood of fire and builds the report as they go. It is designed to align with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the latest editions of PAS 79 and BS 9999 and, for the NHS, HTM 05-03 Part K. It also works in Scotland and Northern Ireland, with slightly different question sets.

 

Optional validation supports BAFE SP205: only approved assessments become a building's live record, which opens read only from a QR code on site. Findings become tracked actions with email reminders, and dashboard tiles and Power BI reports show what is due or overdue.
