Fire Safety

Fire Safety combines your fire risk assessments with the routine checks around them. Your fire safety team schedules fire warden inspections, fire drills and, if you want them, weekly sounder checks and inspections by contractors for each building. Fire wardens open each inspection from an emailed link on a phone or tablet, add notes and photos, and record it as fully complete, partially complete or not carried out.

Where you allow it, wardens can raise actions that your team tracks through to closure. Overdue inspections show in red, checks that were missed or only partly done are listed for follow-up, and dashboard tiles and Power BI reports cover your whole estate. Fire Risk Assessment is also available on its own, and maintenance of fire safety equipment is covered by Asset Management & PPM Scheduler.
