Audit Module

The Audit Module helps your auditors plan, carry out and report audits consistently. It was designed in collaboration with the Universities Safety and Health Association (USHA), which developed HASMAP. It comes with HASMAP, ISO 45001, NHS Workplace Standard, Environmental Management and Workplace Audit question sets as standard. You can adapt or delete them and add your own, and the module will run any question set you build.

 

A Lead Auditor sets the scope by indicator, theme and assurance level, and the matching questions are generated for you. Auditors verify each standard by observation, interview, record or document, and can ask anyone for evidence by email. They can raise actions from suggested risk treatments, each tracked to closure with automatic reminders. Closing the audit produces a branded report with an action plan. Dashboard tiles flag overdue verifications, and Power BI reports show progress for boards and committees.
