Asset / Equipment Inspections

Asset / Equipment Inspections lets your staff and contractors check equipment and fixed assets on a phone or tablet. They scan the QR code, RFID tag or barcode on an item and see only the checklists linked to them, from pre-use checks to periodic inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checklists. Faults already recorded show first, and a serious fault tells the user not to use the equipment until it is fixed.

Answers, notes and photos are recorded against the item, and its condition is written back to the asset register that Asset Management and the PPM Scheduler use. Failed answers go to supervisors, and larger issues become tracked actions. Repeat inspections are scheduled automatically, dashboard tiles turn red when something needs attention and a Power BI report shows progress. Dated records help you meet your duties under PUWER and LOLER, the work and lifting equipment regulations.
