Display Screen Equipment

The Display Screen Equipment (DSE) module runs self-assessments for everyone who works at a screen, in the office, at home or both. Each person opens their assessment from an emailed link on a computer, tablet or phone, without logging in, and answers questions based on HSE guidance. SOTERweb issues a certificate and sends anything that needs attention to their line manager or health and safety co-ordinator.

SOTERweb supplies office and home workstation question sets that you can edit, and you can add a training video, your own or a stock video from us. People are reminded to renew before an assessment expires, and managers raise tracked actions, such as new equipment or an occupational health referral. With Microsoft single sign-on, SOTERweb can create accounts and assign assessments automatically, and dashboard tiles and a DSE Power BI report show progress and remedial work.
