Permit to Work helps your staff and contractors control high-risk work from the first request to closure, with every stage time-stamped so you can see who approved what and when. It comes with 24 standard permit types, from hot works to confined spaces, which you can change, delete or add to.

 

Contractors can confirm your key health and safety expectations and upload their RAMS for review. Before work starts, pre-start questions are answered and SOTERweb checks for other live permits in the same location. Keys and equipment issued against a permit must all be returned before it closes. A digital permit wall shows every live permit, turning amber an hour before expiry and red once expired, and reminder emails go out as permits near expiry. With Access IT, operatives start and close permits on their phones as they sign in and out.
