1. What do you enjoy about the work you do? Helping people to develop simple auditable compliance, whilst reducing maintenance budgets and enhancing team moral through efficient digital processes.
2. What is something that you would like to fix in the industry / work? Upskilling people in the FM industry, all too often people are employed to manage buildings without the correct skills and knowledge to maintain their buildings and assets safely.
3 What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? - Anything outside, but I love walking uphill and down dale, water sports, skiing, wild swimming 😊
4. What is your proudest moment? Being mum to two wonderful boys
5. Describe your ideal day? Walking in the Yorkshire Dales with a country pub at the end
6. What 3 qualities would you look for in a dog? Loyal, gentle and be able to walk forever
7. If you could give one piece of advice, what would it be? Be kind to everyone, including yourself
8. What was the last film you watched? Top Gun: Maverick
